Last updated: 26 June 2026

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By loading or playing the Game — in a web browser or as a Discord Activity — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, don't play.

2. Ownership

Saucer Patrol is an original arcade game. The game, including its code, art, and name, is © 2026 AK & Co. (akilluminati47), all rights reserved.

3. Acceptable use

4. "As is" — no warranty

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Features, saved settings, and availability may change or break at any time without notice.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creator is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Game, including loss of progress or settings.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued play after a change means you accept it.

Privacy Policy

1. The short version

Saucer Patrol has no accounts, no servers collecting your data, no cookies, and no analytics or tracking. It does not collect, sell, or share personal information.

2. What's stored on your device

Any preferences or progress the Game keeps are saved in your browser's localStorage, on your own device. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or anyone else. Clearing your browser storage erases it.

3. Playing inside Discord

When launched as a Discord Activity, the Game runs inside Discord's client and its network requests are routed through Discord's proxy. The Game does not request your Discord identity, friends, or messages. Anything handled by Discord itself is governed by Discord's Privacy Policy.

4. Third parties

Fonts, the 3D engine, and all game assets are served from the Game itself; there are no third-party trackers, ad networks, or external analytics.

5. Children

The Game is general-audience arcade action, but is not specifically directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any information from them.
